Indian Students In NizhGMA Celebrate Indian Cultural Day With The Cooperation Of A.K.Educational Consultants And Indian Student Association

19 November 2016: Indian Students in Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy celebrated Indian Cultural Day organised by A.K.Educational Consultants with cooperation of Indian Student Association. The program started with welcoming the distinguished guests by Dr.Amit Kamle, Director A.K.Educational Consultants and Mrs.Elena Mikhailovna, Vice Dean NizhGMA after which the students and guests stood for the National Anthem of The Russian Federation and The Republic of India. A moment of silence was then observed in memory of brave Indian soldiers who lost their lives in the Uri Attacks on 18th September 2016.
The event was opened at the hands of Prof.Galina Alekseivna Petrova, Vice Rector for Educational work , I think that I am in India now and I thank Dr.Kamle for such a wonderful organisation of cultural festival, said Galina Alekseivna after which the lamp lightening ceremony took place. The event started with a classical Indian traditional dance. The students performed on foot tapping numbers of Bollywood music. Highlight of the event was the Maharashtrian traditional group dance .There were songs, skits and many interesting numbers along with Russian dances. The teachers and administration thanked Dr.Amit Kamle and The Indian Student Association for putting up such a wonderful and grand show.
