Kaliningrad, Russian Federation: The AKECeans were welcomed by the Vice Chancellor of International Affairs at Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. It was followed by orientation and instructions about the University rules and regulations , hostel norms, city transportation routes, hospital ,library and canteen locations, discipline in the classes and lectures, attendance, insurance, safety and security measures in the city of Kaliningrad.
