Applications for studies at Russian universities are collected annually from April till November. Since the number of vacancies (quotas) for international students is limited, it is those applicants who were the first to send their applications and to make up properly all the papers required that have the highest chance for admission. After the applications have been duly considered, the university officially confirms admission to the applicant (reservation of a university vacancy).
A student should then follow all the instructions for getting the formal invitation to study in Russia in accordance with the requirements to the educational documents and the terms of entrance.
